A large-scale project for a beauty company operating in the UK. The first phase of the project included Prototyping, Designing and guiding the development team in establishing a new e-commerce website.
The strategic brief required that the site will not only function as an online store but also as a dynamic content platform that provides added value to users in form of tips and articles for healthy living, nutrition, beauty care etc.

The Result
The marketing guideline was - not to "hard sell" the products to the user, but rather serve them smartly next to a relevant content. By providing professional articles, tips and true user stories, the brand hopes to build trust with the user and encourage return visits to the site.

Planning and designing a new control application for the company's products (these are hair-removal, cellulite-treatment, skin-wrinkles devices) that communicate with the application via a Bluetooth connection, and provide real-time indication to the quality of use and the treatment progress.
The new app also contains relevant content such as articles, videos, tips from real users and online consultation with the company's beautician.
